Refund & Cancellation Policy

Digital Products
All digital products are final sale. Due to the nature of downloadable files, we cannot offer refunds once your purchase is completed. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll help resolve it.

In-Person Classes
We understand life happens! Here’s our policy for class cancellations:

  • Full refund if you cancel 14 days or more before the class.

  • 50% refund if you cancel 3–13 days before the class.

  • No refund if you cancel within 48 hours of the class.

Missed Classes / Transfers
If you cannot attend, you may transfer your spot to another class if space is available, but this must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance.
